The Danish Migraine Association has chosen not to become a member of World Headache Alliance, as we believe a patient organisation must be independent of the medical industry and doctors, as there are situations when we wish to be critical about them.

Medical company sites often carry the logo of the owner. As sites in Danish are regarded legally as 'information to patients', they should not include adverts for specific medicines. Many sites from providers of complementary medicine and treatment also give information about migraine. As always, the information in a web site is there for a purpose. Be aware what it is!
